CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET
Previously, you would have to email one of our reps or call our office if you had an issue. While those are still options, you can also use the new customer service portal to conveniently submit a support ticket. If you have questions or concerns about your system’s functionality submit your ticket. Our staff will get back to you promptly with a solution.
LOG INTO YOUR SYSTEM MONITORING SOFTWARE
Use the customer support portal to log into your Enphase monitoring. You can also visit the Enphase help page to learn how to use your system, reconnect your system if it stops reporting, and more!
REQUEST DOCUMENTS
The new portal also boasts of a document library. It has everything available such as your product spec sheets and warranties. You can also request copies of individual documents such as your contract, permitting documents, electrical line drawings, and more.
READ ABOUT THE FEDERAL SOLAR TAX CREDIT
Understanding the federal solar tax credit is a common issue people have. That’s why we included a section in the portal where you can read all about it and gain an understanding.
MAKE MONEY WITH A SOLAR REFERRAL
Use the portal to access the Solar Ambassador referral program. As an ambassador, you can earn money just by telling others about your solar system. Earn $75 for anyone who qualifies and reviews a proposal from us, plus an additional $500 if they go solar with a system under 10kW, and $1000 if they install a system 10kW or bigger!
